Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: As our GTM Compensation Lead on Commercial Operations, you’ll own commissions strategy, design, and execution for GTM. This is an opportunity to evolve how GTM Comp supports a growing GTM org through Notion’s AI-era selling motion and Enterprise growth. You’ll set the incentive systems that shape how our sellers focus, partner, and grow with customers. On a typical week, you’ll work with senior GTM leaders — including the Head of Sales and geo leaders — to translate business priorities into clear, accurate, scalable comp programs. What You'll Achieve: By your 90th day, map the current GTM Comp operating model and publish a roadmap for evolving the function as GTM grows. Introduce AI quick wins that improve the quality of work: triage inbound questions, help reps estimate payouts, flag discrepancies across systems, and automate reminders tied to the comp calendar. Build a planning-cycle framework that makes design inputs, trade-offs, decision rights, and timelines clear across GTM, Finance, and Commercial Operations. Provide board-level updates, including clear reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, systems quality, and key design decisions. Skills You'll Need to Bring: Demonstrated judgment balancing Finance discipline with GTM effectiveness — you can protect accuracy and controls while designing plans that support the selling motion. Strong financial modeling and data fluency, with the ability to translate complex plan mechanics into clear analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives. Experience leading transformative operational projects from design through rollout, especially where cross-functional alignment and change management matter. Track record of building and maintaining sustainable quarterly operating cadences, including clear calendars, communications frameworks, and repeatable review moments. Ideally you have managed this process at a public company. AI-fluent operating style: you use AI to improve decision quality, automate manual checks, identify data discrepancies, and build tools or workflows that make teams more self-serve. Familiarity with Everstage a plus! Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144 . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. Achieving this requires effective engagement with policymakers and the broader communities impacted by AI. Our Global Affairs team builds authentic, collaborative relationships with public officials and the wider AI policymaking community. We work to ensure that insights from policymakers and external stakeholders inform OpenAI’s work and, in collaboration with colleagues across the organization, support the development of thoughtful regulation, industry standards, and the safe and beneficial development of AI. About the Role As the Policy and Partnerships Lead CEE & Baltics, you will develop and lead OpenAI’s public policy and partnerships strategy across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics as part of our broader European team. You will determine where OpenAI should engage most deeply, develop differentiated country strategies, and connect national political and policy dynamics with OpenAI’s broader European and global objectives. You will build trusted relationships with governments, regulators, public administrations, civil society, business, research institutions, and other influential stakeholders, while identifying practical, high-impact opportunities to demonstrate how AI can contribute to economic competitiveness, public-sector modernization, education and skills, security, resilience, and broader societal benefit. You will also serve as an important bridge between national capitals and Brussels, surfacing regional intelligence, assessing where national debates may influence Europe-wide outcomes, and translating OpenAI’s European priorities into locally credible strategies and engagement. This is a senior, high-ownership role at the intersection of public policy, government affairs, and partnership building. You will work closely with colleagues across Global Affairs, Legal, Communications, Product, Safety and Security, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market, and report to the Head of EU Member States Policy & Partnerships. Warsaw is the preferred location for this role. Exceptional candidates based elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe or the Baltics may be considered, subject to employment feasibility. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. The role will involve frequent travel across the region, periodic travel elsewhere in Europe and occasional travel to the US (approximately three times per year). In this role, you will: Develop and execute OpenAI’s public policy and partnerships strategy across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics, identifying priority markets, issues, and opportunities for engagement. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior policymakers, regulators, public administrations, civil society organizations, researchers, business leaders, and other influential stakeholders. Develop differentiated country strategies that reflect local political, economic, and regulatory dynamics while advancing OpenAI’s broader European and global priorities. Lead engagement on key AI and technology policy issues, helping shape policy environments that support the safe and responsible development and deployment of AI. Identify and develop partnerships, programs, coalitions, and initiatives that translate OpenAI’s mission and policy priorities into tangible regional impact. Monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments across the region, surface emerging risks and opportunities, and provide clear strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. Serve as a bridge between national capitals and Brussels, helping connect national policy developments with EU-level debates, regulation, and implementation. Represent OpenAI in senior-level meetings, industry forums, conferences, and other public and private engagements. Prepare OpenAI leaders for engagement with policymakers and external stakeholders, including developing briefing materials, policy positions, and strategic recommendations. Work cross-functionally with Legal, Communications, Product, Safety and Security, Partnerships, Go-to-Market, and other teams to develop and execute coordinated strategies. You might thrive in this role if you: Have deep knowledge of the political, institutional, and technology-policy landscape across Central and Eastern Europe and/or the Baltics, with meaningful credibility in at least one priority market. Have an established network and experience building trusted relationships with policymakers, regulators, civil society, and other senior stakeholders. Understand EU policymaking and the interaction between Brussels-level policy, national politics, regulation, and implementation. Bring strong technology-policy judgment and an understanding of issues relevant to AI, such as privacy, data, competition, copyright, product safety, and consumer protection. Direct AI-policy experience is a significant plus. Have a track record of translating political relationships and policy objectives into concrete partnerships, programs, coalitions, campaigns, or other initiatives with meaningful impact. Are comfortable working across multiple countries and political environments, recognizing where a common regional approach creates leverage and where local nuance is essential. Are highly self-directed and able to manage multiple markets and workstreams through rapid cycles of analysis, decision-making, and execution. Build trust with senior stakeholders while exercising the judgment to challenge assumptions, reshape an approach, or advise against opportunities that are unlikely to have meaningful impact. Are an effective coalition builder who can bring together internal teams and external partners around a shared strategy. Communicate complex technical and policy concepts clearly to diverse audiences and have the executive presence to represent OpenAI in sensitive, senior-level settings. Bring strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Care deeply about the potential for AI to benefit society while remaining thoughtful about its risks and the responsibilities associated with its development and deployment. Demonstrate sound judgment, intellectual agility, and outstanding personal integrity. Are fluent in English. Professional proficiency in at least one CEE or Baltic language is strongly preferred, with Polish particularly valuable. About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. We create programs that bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective closer to the priorities, decisions, and work of enterprise customers. Executive programming and hands-on experiences are an important part of how we help customers understand and adopt AI. They bring together our technology, our people, and real customer challenges so leaders can explore what is possible and see how it applies to their organizations. About the Role We’re looking for a Strategic Experiences Lead to bring OpenAI’s technology to life through compelling executive programs and interactive customer experiences. You will combine storytelling, demonstrations, hands-on exploration, and conversations with our experts to help customers understand what our technology can do and imagine new ways to put it to work. Working with Product Marketing, technical teams, Design, and Events, you will take an idea from concept through delivery—shaping the programming, the interactions, and how they come together into a cohesive experience. Your work will span executive engagements, customer events, and other in-person settings. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who combines creative thinking with customer and commercial judgment. You will develop new concepts, test them with customers and partners, and lead the work required to deliver them at a consistently high standard. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the nature of the work, periods of more intensive onsite participation are expected as new experiences are designed and launched. Travel may be required. In this role, you will: Translate product strategy and customer priorities into compelling programming and interactive experiences. Shape the customer journey: what people hear, see, try, and take away. Bring together storytelling, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and expert conversations around a clear customer objective. Develop and test concepts with technical, creative, and events partners, then guide the work through delivery. Make thoughtful tradeoffs across experience quality, technical feasibility, budget, and timing. Use customer feedback and evidence of learning, adoption, and account progress to improve the work. Build formats that can evolve with our technology and work across different audiences and settings. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, enterprise marketing, customer innovation, executive programs, field marketing, or a related go-to-market discipline. Have personally built a meaningful customer-facing program or capability from the ground up and helped it scale. Can translate a product capability or customer need into compelling programming and experiences that invite people to participate Understand enterprise customers and can connect program choices to adoption, relationship, and commercial outcomes. Know how to prototype, learn quickly, make hard tradeoffs, and stop work that does not earn further investment. Are equally comfortable developing a creative brief, shaping a session or interactive experience, reviewing a prototype, and resolving a delivery issue. Create clarity and momentum across functions and time zones without relying on formal authority. Create formats and resources that other teams can use and improve without losing the quality of the original experience. Are deliberately choosing a senior individual-contributor path because you want to remain close to consequential work. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About the Team The Systems Integration team is responsible for building the infrastructure, tooling, and validation systems that ensure our device software our device software is reliable, testable, and ready to ship. We design and maintain build systems, CI pipelines, automated test frameworks, and hardware-in-the-loop labs to enable rapid, safe product launches. Our work spans build systems, developer tools, systems integration, and cross-team collaboration to ensure developers can build reliably and ship with confidence. About the Role We are looking for an engineer to help evolve OpenAI’s Consumer Products build and continuous integration systems for a fast-growing engineering organization. This role sits at the intersection of developer productivity, build systems, distributed infrastructure, software quality, and on-device software. About the Team OpenAI’s People team hires, engages, and retains world-class talent to safely build and deploy AGI that benefits all of humanity. The People Analytics team helps leaders make rigorous, evidence-based talent decisions and ensures that the systems supporting those decisions are valid, reliable, fair, and accountable. About the Role As a People Data Scientist focused on AI fairness and bias testing, you will help establish how OpenAI evaluates AI-assisted People systems and high-impact talent processes. You will design and conduct rigorous assessments to identify, measure, and mitigate potential bias across the lifecycle of models, agents, decision-support tools, and automated workflows. Your work will span the entire employee life-cycle, such as hiring, performance, promotion, employee development, workforce planning, etc. You will evaluate both technical systems and the broader human-AI decision processes in which they operate, examining not only model performance but also data quality, measurement validity, differential outcomes, human oversight, and unintended consequences. We’re looking for an experienced data scientist or applied researcher who can translate complex fairness questions into defensible evaluation strategies, scalable testing infrastructure, and clear recommendations for technical teams and senior leaders. This role is preferred to be based in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will: Define and lead fairness and bias-testing strategies for AI-assisted People processes, models, agents, and decision-support systems from development through deployment and ongoing monitoring. Design rigorous algorithmic audits and validation studies, including adverse-impact analysis, subgroup and intersectional evaluation, error-rate analysis, calibration, measurement invariance, reliability, criterion-related validity, and sensitivity testing. Identify the appropriate fairness criteria for each use case, evaluate tradeoffs among competing definitions of fairness, and clearly document the assumptions, limitations, and residual risks of each approach. Evaluate end-to-end human-AI decision systems, including model outputs, user behavior, human overrides, escalation pathways, and whether AI assistance changes the quality, consistency, or equity of decisions. Develop evaluation approaches for generative and agentic AI, including test-set design, counterfactual testing, behavioral evaluation, human-rating studies, robustness testing, and analysis of disparate performance across populations and contexts. Investigate the sources of observed disparities, including data representation, label and measurement bias, proxy variables, model design, decision thresholds, workflow design, and differential adoption or usage. Partner with engineering, People Operations, Legal, Privacy, Security, and People Systems teams to recommend and evaluate mitigations such as data improvements, model changes, threshold adjustments, workflow redesign, monitoring controls, and additional human oversight. Build scalable fairness-evaluation infrastructure, including reusable datasets, automated validation pipelines, regression tests, monitoring systems, self-service tools, and standardized reporting. Establish research and documentation standards for fairness test plans, dataset and model documentation, validation reports, limitations, monitoring plans, and decision records. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future. Claude Science is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we're just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now, in a category no one has defined yet. We're growing the Claude Science product team. As a Product Manager on Claude Science, you will own a major area of the roadmap end to end — think expanding into new scientific fields, landing new model capabilities with researchers, or making the workbench ready for enterprise R&D teams — and help shape the overall product direction alongside the rest of the team. You'll spend real time with researchers in academic labs, biotech and pharma R&D, and research institutes to understand how science actually gets done — from hypothesis to analysis to publication and beyond— and turn what you learn into shipped product. You'll partner directly with our research teams to make the models better at science, help decide which fields and workflows we go after next, and shape what it takes for Claude Science to be trusted in enterprise and regulated research environments. We're looking for experienced product managers and founders with real scientific or technical depth: people who can hold their own in a conversation with a structural biologist or a computational chemist, get in the weeds of model transcripts and evals, and still zoom out to help define a product category. You thrive in ambiguity, uncover non-obvious use cases for nascent capabilities, and bring those insights back to research. Our north star is for Claude Science to accelerate scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude. Key responsibilities Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science, and contribute to overall product direction in a category that is still being defined Spend meaningful time with working scientists — in interviews, working sessions, and key customer conversations — and synthesize what you learn into clear priorities, requirements, and success metrics Partner with research to make Claude better at science: define target behaviors, build and shape evals grounded in real scientific workflows, surface failure modes from real usage, and feed them back into model development Drive model and feature launches in your area end to end: define readiness criteria, coordinate across research, engineering, design, and go-to-market, run early access programs, and make sure launches land well with researchers Identify which scientific domains, data sources, tools, and integrations Claude Science should support next, and build the case with evidence from users, usage data, and the broader landscape Prototype ideas yourself with Claude to validate them before committing engineering time Work with safeguards, policy, security, and go-to-market partners so that powerful scientific capabilities reach trusted researchers responsibly, including in enterprise and regulated research settings Drive enterprise readiness — security and compliance reviews, admin and deployment controls, and the procurement realities of pharma and biotech — so large organizations can adopt it with confidence Prioritize ruthlessly across a broad surface — scientific domains, customer segments, and competing workflows — and make clear calls on what our products serve deeply first, holding the line on MVP versus ideal state Define how success is measured for AI research and development products — adoption and retention among working scientists and operators, time-to-result on real analyses, trust in outputs — and use those measures to steer planning Maintain an objective, current view of the AI-for-science ecosystem — models, tools, benchmarks, and competitors — and of where Claude Science stands within it Minimum qualifications Have product management experience shipping technical products in close partnership with engineering and design, or equivalent experience driving product direction as a founder, engineer, or scientist Have a scientific or deeply technical background — enough to reason with domain experts about their workflows and to diagnose where and why a model is falling short on a scientific task Have a strong grasp of AI and LLM concepts, use AI tools daily, and are comfortable going deep on model behavior, prompting, and evaluation methodology Are data-driven: you ground prioritization in usage data, eval results, and evidence from users rather than intuition alone Have strong user empathy and can synthesize vague or contradictory feedback from expert users into actionable priorities Navigate and execute amid ambiguity as a first-principles thinker, flexing across scientific domains based on the problem at hand and finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions Communicate clearly in writing and can align research, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders through influence rather than authority Think carefully and creatively about the risks and benefits of putting frontier scientific capabilities into the world, beyond past checklists and playbooks Preferred qualifications 8+ years in product management or equivalent product leadership, including taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them; founder experience is a plus An advanced degree or hands-on research experience in biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field — or experience building software for scientists (e.g., computational biology, cheminformatics, lab informatics, simulation, or scientific data platforms) Have personally built evals or benchmarks for model capabilities, ideally agentic or scientific ones Experience shipping products into life sciences, pharma, or other regulated research environments, including familiarity with their data governance and compliance expectations A track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success Experience designing trusted-access or staged-rollout programs for sensitive capabilities A creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $385,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
