• Job application tracking

Results are assistive only and are not guarantees of job placement or career outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Abuse AI systems or attempt to bypass usage limits.
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or automation misuse.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell outputs as a competing service.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Should always be reviewed and edited before use.
• Is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

ResumeLoopAI is not responsible for hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or any career results that may or may not occur when using the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Both free and paid plans are available.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your plan settings.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and, if offered, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

• ResumeLoopAI owns the platform, branding, underlying systems, and proprietary technology.
• You retain ownership of the content and data you upload.
• You may use AI outputs for your personal and professional purposes (for example, resumes, applications, and networking), subject to these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Abuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Fail to pay for a subscription when payment is required.

You may delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion may remove access to your stored data and history.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeLoopAI and its team are not liable for:

• Lost job opportunities or offers.
• Any hiring or career outcomes.
• Data loss caused by user error or misuse.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
