About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The world's engineers want to get the most out of Claude. At Anthropic, technical instruction already happens everywhere: our Applied AI and Forward Deployed Engineering teams teach customers and partners, and engineers across the company help others learn to build with Claude. Today that instruction is a shared responsibility, delivered alongside people's primary roles. As demand grows, we need to turn that distributed expertise into a dedicated technical instruction function. You will build that function. You will be the first person at Anthropic whose full-time job is technical instruction. You'll spend your first year primarily in the classroom teaching engineers, architects, and other technical practitioners. You'll also build the people, standards, and systems that let Anthropic's technical instruction scale far beyond the people we directly employ. This is a player-coach role. From day one you manage a small bench of instructors. You set the bar for what "ready to teach" means, decide who is cleared to teach a given module in Anthropic's technical programs, and assess facilitators from our training partners against that bar. You're an engineer who teaches and a teacher who has led other teachers. You can build an agent live in front of a skeptical engineer, diagnose what isn't working in a technical lab, and make the material better. You can also watch an experienced instructor teach, tell them their session isn't ready yet, and coach them to get there. You will report to the Head of Technical Enablement. The role is based in San Francisco with some travel expected. Key responsibilities Lead from the front. Teach hands-on sessions to new Applied AI engineers, our field teams, and partner cohorts, in rooms from 12-person labs to 100-person training days. Build the instructor bench. Hire and develop instructors and curriculum developers. Decide contract renewals, and recommend conversions to full-time, against criteria you define. Set the quality bar. Own the observation rubric, dry-run protocol, and cleared-to-teach process for every instructor-led technical session. Scale through train-the-trainer. Set the bar the Lead Technical Instructor's train-the-trainer program teaches to, for internal experts, contract instructors, and partner facilitators. Turn expertise into instruction. Turn internal experts' content into sessions and labs that work in a live room. Enable programs without owning them. Staff other teams' programs with cleared instructors, and own the quality of instruction inside them. Measure and improve. Report learner pass rates per instructor each month, and act on them. Minimum qualifications 8+ years of relevant professional experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical education, or related technical roles. 4+ years of hands-on technical instruction. You have taught engineers live and hands-on, across audience sizes. Production engineering. You have written and shipped production software and engage credibly with experienced engineers on architecture and debugging. Recent hands-on AI development. In your last three years of work, you have built or debugged applications with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use, MCP, or similar. People leadership. You have managed instructors, trainers, developer advocates, or solutions engineers, including hiring and performance management, and kept teaching. Instructor development. You have designed or run a train-the-trainer program, instructor certification, or observation framework. San Francisco location. You are based in San Francisco or willing to relocate with our relocation support, can be in the office every day a program runs, 3 days in a normal week, and can travel 25 to 30 percent. Preferred qualifications A portfolio of sessions you taught and a rubric or certification you designed, shared only if you have the right. Experience building an instruction or developer-education function from scratch. Experience managing a contractor instructor bench, or clearing instructors across regions from recordings or trained observers. Daily use of Claude Code or a comparable agentic coding tool, or building on Claude through Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Foundry. Deep enthusiasm for AI and real care about building it responsibly. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $310,000 — $360,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn their investment into mission impact. You'll combine your customer success expertise with technical fluency to drive adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government (C4G) on classified infrastructure delivered through a cleared cloud provider, while maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and discretion. Working closely with our Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams, you'll guide customers from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers' AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, and mission operators—and with the cleared cloud providers and system integrators that deliver alongside us. Your understanding of their mission, how they accredit and govern capabilities on classified fabrics, and how they evidence value to oversight will help them deliver decision advantage. Drawing on both your national security expertise and technical knowledge, you'll serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us—helping them navigate constraints that don't exist in commercial or federal civilian deployments: classified-fabric accreditation, fixed compute capacity, compartmentation, limited telemetry, and need-to-know discipline. Much of this work happens onsite, in the customer's spaces, on their systems. Your role focuses on driving consumption and adoption of Claude across mission workloads, standing up enablement and change management suited to a cleared, mission-driven workforce, identifying and hardening the workloads that matter most to the mission, and demonstrating value in unclassified terms that can leave the building and support renewal and expansion. The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product roadmap, and national security strategy—making you a key voice in shaping how Anthropic builds and delivers AI systems for the most demanding missions. Key responsibilities: Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to deeply understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan, ensuring alignment between mission objectives, the customer's investment, and technical implementation Serve as the primary post-sales advisor to the customer throughout their Claude adoption journey, from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You will need to build trusted relationships across the customer's senior stakeholders—AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, contracting, and mission operators—and coordinate internally across multiple teams and with cleared cloud providers to drive customer success Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure—managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding—with a working understanding of accreditation requirements (FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, classified-fabric accreditation) Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences. You will need to spread the gamut from hands-on Claude Code enablement for engineering teams (Train the Trainer, managed configuration as the "paved road," Center of Excellence development) up to mission-value conversations with senior agency leadership, in unclassified language that can leave the building Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry—provider capacity reports, customer-run dashboards, workload registries, and agreed leading indicators—and guide model migration and release readiness: eval gates built from their workloads, staged cutovers off end-of-support models, and realistic expectations about what lands on their fabric and when Drive consumption and adoption: separate under-pacing from burst saturation of a fixed compute pool, smooth and onboard workloads before asking for capacity, discover new mission workloads across compartmented organizations, and document value realized in mission-outcome terms (decisions accelerated, coverage, timeliness, findings produced) Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment—leaving executives with sponsor commitments, mutual next steps, and a mission-outcome narrative that supports the renewal decision—and serve as the primary conduit between the customer, cleared cloud providers, and Anthropic Identify common adoption and integration patterns and hero workflows that demonstrate mission transformation, and contribute insights back to our Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams—while maintaining strict separation of classified and unclassified channels and escalating correctly (e.g., 'Claude cut a high-volume analytic triage queue from days to hours') Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building, on the customer’s systems and within their security and need-to-know rules Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy You may be a good fit if you have: Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph (a TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered where crossover is supportable) Must have prior experience working with US national security (defense and/or intelligence) agencies —ideally at the level of AI leadership, platform, and compute teams rather than a single program office—and a working knowledge of how national security agencies accredit, budget, govern compute, and measure mission (including the difference between FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation, and the role of cleared cloud providers and system integrators) 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week Experience driving success with consumption-based products (tokens, throughput, capacity) as well as seat-based products, including measuring adoption and value when you cannot see usage directly Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integration patterns, and agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, and evaluation approaches, and hands-on experience building something with an LLM API or coding agent, is a strong plus Exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering and platform teams to security and accreditation officials to senior national security leadership Judgment and discretion: never over-promises on dates, capabilities, or documentation; practices need-to-know as a reflex; keeps composure under political and competitive pressure; strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities—advocating for customer needs across internal (Applied AI, Policy, Research, Security) and external (cleared cloud provider, system integrator, program office) stakeholders Passion for thinking creatively about how to use AI in a way that is safe and beneficial for the national security mission, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality—you're a true team player The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the role The Claude Platform (API) is how developers and enterprises build with Claude, directly and through our cloud partners. It runs on a consumption model, and the economics move quickly. New models and capabilities launch often, the cost to serve keeps changing, and customer usage can scale fast. How we price and package the platform shapes both our revenue and how efficiently we turn compute into value for customers. We're looking for a senior Finance & Strategy leader to own the financial strategy for the Claude Platform and to design the business models that come next. You'll sit on the Product Finance team and work closely with product, engineering, inference, and go-to-market leaders. You'll shape how we price and package the API, how we structure commitments and service tiers, and how we monetize new products and capabilities as they launch. You'll also work with infrastructure and inference teams so pricing reflects what it costs to serve and how capacity shapes what we sell. This is a finance role that sits very close to product. You'll be part of product decisions as they're made, bringing the financial model, the tradeoffs, and a clear recommendation. You know consumption-based and infrastructure businesses well, and you're comfortable owning complex pricing decisions alongside senior leaders. Key responsibilities Own financial strategy for the Claude Platform (API), including pricing, packaging, discounting, and commercial terms across self-serve, enterprise, and cloud partner channels Design and launch new business models for the platform and new products, such as capacity commitments, service tiers, and usage- or outcome-based pricing, from first framing through launch and post-launch review Set pricing for new product features on the platform, working with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to balance adoption, capacity, and margin Partner with infrastructure and inference teams to understand how cost to serve is changing, and turn efficiency gains and capacity constraints into pricing and product decisions Work closely with product leaders on roadmap priorities, launch sequencing, and business cases for new bets, bringing the financial view into product decisions Bring recommendations on pricing, investments, and tradeoffs to executive leadership, with the analysis to support them Define the metrics that show whether pricing and new business models are working, and build the dashboards and reviews to track them Work with FP&A, accounting, deal desk, and revenue operations so pricing changes are forecast, billed, and reported correctly Mentor members of the Product Finance team and help shape how the team analyzes and communicates pricing decisions Minimum qualifications Experience in strategic finance, product finance, or a closely related field, including ownership of pricing or business model decisions Hands-on experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models, including pricing, packaging, and forecasting for products where revenue scales with usage Experience with infrastructure, cloud, or developer platform businesses, and a working understanding of how compute costs and capacity drive unit economics A track record of designing and launching new pricing or business models, from analysis through go-to-market Experience partnering closely with product teams and turning financial analysis into product and roadmap decisions Advanced financial modeling skills in spreadsheets, and comfort pulling and analyzing your own data in SQL Experience building the business case for major decisions and presenting recommendations to executive leadership Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining financial tradeoffs to product, engineering, and research audiences Sound judgment when data is incomplete, and comfort making a call and revisiting it as you learn more Interest in AI and a commitment to Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI systems Preferred qualifications 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, product finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking Experience pricing APIs, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure services such as compute, storage, or data platforms Experience with enterprise commercial structures such as committed-spend agreements, volume discounts, reserved capacity, or tiered service levels Experience selling through cloud marketplaces or partner channels, and managing the economics across first-party and third-party distribution Familiarity with how large language models are served, including token-based pricing, inference cost drivers, and capacity planning Experience monetizing a new product category without clear market benchmarks Experience building a team, or leading and mentoring senior analysts Background in AI, ML, or related technologies The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $325,000 — $425,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role As Claude reaches more people, including individuals, businesses, developers building on our APIs, and the platforms and resellers building on top of those, knowing who is on the other side of a request and what they are allowed to do becomes foundational to running our products responsibly. Creating a centralized identity, verification, and access system that every Claude surface draws on is important to accomplishing our mission. We are hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access. The primitives are the building blocks the rest of Anthropic uses to manage access to models and capabilities: access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, user APIs for platforms, and the internal tooling teams use. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access,, across every surface. This is a role for a strong executor with the ability to be agile in shipping in a 0-1 product space. Safe access is a new product that sits on the critical path of every model launch and every access program. Requirements arrive from many organizations at once, and most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it. Key responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, with the goal that any team at Anthropic can provision access or run an access program with minimal support. This is highly ambiguous and requires a lot of cross team coordination and deep understanding of the systems of today. Own the end-to-end experience of getting and managing access for internal stakeholders (research, model launches, safeguards, go-to-market) and for external customers and partners, and keep it consistent across every surface. This requires thinking through many user types, with vastly different experiences. Support the API designs and the UX of the access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with. Work through the designs with engineering and make calls on the primitives yourself. Partner with the trusted access and verification product managers so that new programs compose from shared primitives rather than one-off builds. Coordinate across the product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams, and drive alignment when their requirements conflict. Minimum qualifications Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies. Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making. Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years). Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely. Preferred qualifications 8+ years of product management experience Experience with multi-tenant platforms consumed by first-party apps, direct API customers, and third parties building on top Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the requirements all had to be worked out at once The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $385,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. About the Role Claude is used across government, from US federal civilian agencies to national security, state and local, and allied international governments, and nearly every model and product Anthropic ships has public sector work on the end of it. Each of those segments runs under its own regulatory and deployment constraints, so delivering Claude to them means standing up compliant infrastructure with cloud partners, landing new models in restricted environments, bringing our application suite to parity with commercial, and clearing frameworks like FedRAMP, repeated for every segment. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own that program. Today that coordination is spread across the public sector product and engineering leads and the many teams they pull in: research, infrastructure, security, compliance, and product engineering. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. Over time, government customers get new models and products on a predictable cadence, authorizations like FedRAMP run as a steady program rather than a one-off push, and each new segment takes less bespoke effort than the last. Responsibilities Own the program for delivering new Claude models into public sector environments: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across research, inference and capacity, cloud partners, safeguards, and compliance teams Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs for Anthropic's public sector offerings, working with privacy, security, compliance, and platform engineering Plan and sequence work across public sector segments, from model and API availability to application parity and segment-specific product work Represent public sector requirements in model launch planning alongside the launch TPMs Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new segment or model requires less bespoke coordination You may be a good fit if you Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs Have shipped software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments (government clouds, air-gapped deployments, FedRAMP or similar authorization frameworks) and can engage meaningfully with the infrastructure, ML, and security engineers doing the work Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including research, security, and compliance partners Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority Have worked on public sector, defense, or government cloud programs, or hold or are eligible for a US security clearance (preferred but not required) Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to public institutions safely and reliably Are a US person. We have agreements with the US Government that mandate this for these roles. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $365,000 — $435,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Anthropic's partners are often the first place an enterprise hears about Claude. The sellers and practitioners inside our cloud, system integrator, ISV and reseller partners are positioning Claude in thousands of conversations we will never be in, and how well they tell that story shapes how customers understand what Claude can do for them. Getting that many people ready, and keeping them ready as our products move, can't happen one partner at a time. We're looking for a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to build and run the programs that carry our go-to-market motions across the ecosystem. Some of these programs you'll build, including a partner train-the-trainer model and a repeatable way to take sales plays to market with partners. Others you'll inherit and make better, including our global partner webinar series and the enablement that prepares Anthropic's own field to sell alongside partners. All of them serve the same outcome, field readiness, meaning sellers on both sides of a deal understand Claude, can position it with confidence, and know how to win together. This role combines program leadership with program building. Your job is to make these programs repeatable and to build the operating rhythm that keeps them consistent across regions. You'll connect Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Programs, our partner-type enablement leads, and the Partner Training & Curriculum and Certification teams. Key responsibilities Build Anthropic's partner train-the-trainer model, packaging our most effective training so partners can deliver it to their own teams and extend our reach beyond what our own team can deliver directly Build a repeatable way to take focused GTM motions, such as sales plays and launches, to market with partners at scale, working with our partner-type enablement leads so each play reflects how that partner motion actually sells Manage our global scaled partner webinar series and evolve it into the primary channel for launch, product and program messaging to the ecosystem, so partner sellers hear one clear, current story about Claude Strengthen how we enable Anthropic's own field on partners, so our sellers understand the value partners bring, know how to co-sell, and show up alongside us to help these programs scale. This spans field training that lands each new motion, partner content in GTM onboarding, and a central, current home for partner resources Run the portfolio as one system, with a shared operating model, content intake and calendar, production standards, and global delivery across regions, time zones and languages Lead a team of contractors aligned to specific programs, and keep work coordinated across the many teams that contribute to them Track field readiness and define metrics that measure program effectiveness beyond attendance You may be a good fit if you have Built and scaled 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences at a technology company, across partner types such as SIs, cloud providers, ISVs or resellers Enabled a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including how to co-sell with external partners Taken sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measured their pipeline impact Built or run a train-the-trainer model that let partners deliver training consistently without you in the room Led programs through a team of contractors or vendors, delivering across multiple regions and languages Comfort operating where products and messaging change constantly and the underlying operating systems are still being established Experience using AI across your day-to-day workflows to extend your own scale and reach The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the role Anthropic is building data center campuses at a pace where several are under construction at once, each moving through design, construction, commissioning, and turnover to an operating partner. Security scope on those projects (the physical protections, the systems that enforce them, and the operational readiness of the company that will run the site) has to be delivered as deliberately as the buildings themselves. As Lead for Data Center Security Delivery, you will own security through that entire arc for every campus under construction: from groundbreaking, through construction-phase security, through commissioning and milestone acceptance, to a clean handover into full operation. You are the single point of accountability for "the site's security is actually ready", and you will verify that the operating partner has its people, processes, systems, and contractual security obligations genuinely in place before a site goes live. This is a delivery role, not a watch-the-dashboard role. You'll absorb the day-to-day noise of active construction sites (schedule slips, design changes, vendor coordination, escalations) so the rest of DCSE can stay focused on steady-state operations and systems. And where DCSE's requirements or processes don't survive contact with a real construction schedule, you will have the authority, and the expectation, to rewrite them. Role boundaries. This seat is distinct from DCSE's regional security operations leads and from the team's systems-engineering roles. The operations leads own steady-state regional programs (vendors, guard force, incident response) once a site is running; the systems roles build platforms and tooling. This role owns the delivery arc: every site's security scope from construction start through commissioning, acceptance, and handover, after which accountability transfers to operations. Key responsibilities You will own the security delivery program across every Anthropic campus under construction: concurrently, from groundbreaking to handover. Construction-phase security delivery: temporary site security, contractor vetting and access, protection of installed equipment, and coordination with general contractors and site teams on every active build. Milestone and commissioning acceptance: define and maintain the security acceptance criteria at each construction milestone and commissioning gate; run or attend acceptance events (FAT/SAT, punch lists); issue or withhold the security sign-off. Operator readiness verification: build and run a structured, evidence-based readiness process proving the operating company is genuinely ready before handover: staffing and guard force in place, SOPs adopted, security systems commissioned and monitored, contractual security obligations demonstrably met. Clean handover to operations: own the turnover package (as-builts, test records, credentials, punch-list closure, residual-risk register) and the defined transition from construction-phase to operational security ownership. Requirements and process authority: rewrite DCSE's construction-security requirements, delivery processes, and acceptance frameworks where they fail in the field, and codify what works, so each build is cleaner than the last. Representation and escalation: represent security in design reviews, owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings, and change management; coordinate integrators, general contractors, and operator counterparts on security system installation, testing, and commissioning; surface schedule and readiness risks early, with options, to DCSE leadership and cross-functional partners. Minimum qualifications Have personally delivered the physical security scope on new-build data center (or comparable critical-infrastructure) construction projects (design reviews through construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations) and can name the sites and your role on them. Have run milestone- or commissioning-acceptance processes: FAT/SAT, punch lists, turnover documentation, formal sign-off. Have held an operator, landlord, or vendor accountable to contractual security obligations, with evidence rather than assurances. Are comfortable being the person who says "not ready", and can do it in a way that produces a plan rather than a standoff. Can absorb the operational noise of multiple concurrent construction sites and still drive each one toward its handover date. Can author requirements, standards, and process documents that get adopted, and are willing to rewrite your own when they fail in the field. Work through influence with general contractors, integrators, operators, and internal partners; you shape decisions rather than block them. Preferred qualifications CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification, or commissioning credentials. Hyperscaler or major colocation new-build delivery experience. Experience on both sides of an operator/tenant relationship. Construction management or owner's-representative background. Experience in regulated or high-assurance environments. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $290,000 — $365,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Anthropic's Go-To-Market team is growing quickly, and every new Account Executive, BDR, and GTM teammate we hire needs to become productive, confident, and credible on Claude faster than at any other company. The GTM Onboarding program is one way that happens. It's the first experience new hires have of how we sell, who our customers are, what our products do, and how we work together — and it sets the trajectory for their ramp. We're looking for someone to own that program end to end. You'll design and run recurring onboarding cohorts for new GTM hires: building the curriculum, coordinating facilitators from across Sales, Marketing, Applied AI, and Product, running live sessions, and making sure every cohort leaves ready to have real customer conversations. This person will be the front door to GTM. You will set the tone for new hires’ first impression of Anthropic and our team. You'll also own what happens after onboarding ends. That means measuring ramp, tracking attendance and comprehension, gathering feedback, and using what you learn to improve the next cycle. You'll build and maintain the operational machinery behind the program — rosters, calendars, facilitator communications, mock discovery calls — and you'll use Claude itself to automate as much of it as possible. This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll partner with GTM leadership, hiring managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and product teams to keep the program current as our products and sales motions evolve. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, but you'll need to be a generalist who can help new hires connect the dots and build robust mental models for how the business operates. This role reports into the GTM Enablement team. Key responsibilities Own the GTM Onboarding program end to end: curriculum design, cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, live delivery, and continuous improvement Design and deliver training that makes Anthropic's products, sales motions, customer stories, and tools (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and others) accessible to sellers from a range of backgrounds Serve as an extension to subject matter experts on Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude Developer Platform for new GTM hires, and keep onboarding content accurate as products change Recruit, prepare, and support a rotating bench of internal facilitators and field volunteers, including briefing them on each cohort's composition and running mock discovery calls with new AEs Build and maintain the program's operational infrastructure — rosters, calendar logistics, and communications — and automate recurring work using Claude Measure program effectiveness through attendance, comprehension checks, feedback surveys, and ramp metrics, and present findings and recommendations to GTM leadership Build and maintain 30/60/90 day ramp plans and post-onboarding resources that carry new hires from cohort to quota Partner with hiring managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and product teams to identify enablement gaps and incorporate new content into the program Work with the global enablement team to adapt and extend the program for international GTM teams and new role types as the organization grows Minimum qualifications Experience in sales enablement, and/or program management-related roles Have designed and delivered onboarding or training programs for sales teams, including building curriculum and facilitating live sessions Can translate technical product concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical audiences Bring strong program management skills, with a track record of running recurring, multi-stakeholder operations reliably Apply adult learning principles to how you design and sequence training Communicate clearly and credibly with new hires, facilitators, and senior GTM leadership Work effectively in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity, and are comfortable building where no process exists yet Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications 6+ years experience in sales enablement, and/or program management-related roles Experience running sales onboarding at a company that scaled significantly Have used Claude or similar AI tools to automate operational workflows, and are enthusiastic about doing more of it Experience measuring and reporting on sales ramp performance Experience adapting enablement content for international or multi-language audiences Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller, sales engineer, or customer-facing technical role The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $190,000 — $270,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Supplier Security & Assurance (SSA) team sits within Security GRC and is responsible for assessing the security of our suppliers: evaluating whether vendors meet our security requirements, capturing the deviations, and giving the business a clear approval decision it can act on. We assess the vendor population a frontier AI lab actually depends on: SaaS and software, human data operations, compute and data center providers, hardware suppliers, and services firms. The program is designed agent-first so that people spend their time on judgment, remediation, and the vendors that matter most. As a member of the Supplier Security & Assurance team you will run supplier security assessments end to end: reviewing evidence, verifying agent-drafted evaluations, determining inherent and residual risk, and driving findings to closure with vendors and business owners. You will also carry the work that extends assurance past the approval, from contractual security terms and secure configuration baselines to continuous monitoring and reassessment, and you will help shape the tooling and requirements the program runs on. Key responsibilities Run supplier security assessments: review agent-prefilled outputs, evaluate vendor controls and evidence, determine residual risk, route to domain reviewers where deeper assessment is warranted Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document each finding with a severity, an owner, and a due date, drive remediation with the vendor and the business owner, record risk acceptances, and roll open issues up to the risk register Run continuous monitoring after approval: reopen an assessment on defined triggers (data classification change, new SOC 2 report, new subprocessor, vendor incident), investigate SaaS configuration, data, and use case drift signals, and queue a reassessment where the vendor's scope has moved Improve the program as you run it: identify gaps in coverage, questionnaires, requirements, and tooling that surface during assessments, propose the fix, and carry roadmap items that mature supplier security overall Tune and maintain our Claude-powered assessment platform alongside the team: prompt development, questionnaire and assessment type design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, open issues, and reassessments due Minimum qualifications Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company: scoping the engagement, determining inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and the judgment to apply them when the evidence is incomplete or the answer isn't in a framework Ability to assess a vendor across security domains, and to recognize which findings you can close yourself and which need a security domain specialist Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow, agent, or automation in a risk, compliance, or operations context, including tuning prompts and reviewing model output for accuracy Experience building or operating issue management workflows: logging issues with a clear owner and due date, tracking remediation, and escalating when treatment stalls Working technical knowledge of SaaS security configuration (SSO and SCIM, admin scoping, sharing defaults, audit log export) and of standard vendor security contract terms (DPA, incident notification, subprocessors, audit and testing rights) Ability to read a SOC 2 report or penetration test and turn it into findings: identify control exceptions and carve-outs, map complementary user entity controls, and judge what the evidence does and does not prove Preferred qualifications Experience assessing cloud infrastructure, data center, or data-pipeline vendors Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 third party or vendor management controls Experience assessing additional, more specialized vendor cohorts from a security risk perspective: human data operations or data labeling vendors, hardware suppliers, compute providers and neoclouds, and others Experience with post-approval supplier continuous monitoring: configuration, data, and use case drift detection, shadow IT & SaaS detection, vendor incident management, or evidence-based vendor audits/site visits The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. About the role As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team. Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. Key responsibilities Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques Minimum qualifications Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system Working fluency with data, including SQL Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build Preferred qualifications 8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego Representative projects (Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.) Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to help build the business functions that keep our company running smoothly. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across our General & Administrative teams, owning searches that range from high-volume pipelines to highly strategic, hard-to-fill roles — and you'll be expected to context-switch between them without dropping quality. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers, use data and systems to prioritize and surface issues early, and build repeatable processes that scale.
